Please be advised that the “Montri” name and logo provided bellow are registered trademarks through the USPTO and are therefore protected for usage by Montri Wellness LLC. Special permissions have been granted to Montri Therapy Inc. to operate under this trademark as well. When appropriate and able the Montri specification of Montri Therapy vs Montri Wellness can be used to help clarify services. If you have additional questions or are concerned about the usage of these trademarks please do not hesitate to contact us.

This logo can be used when clarifying services are provided by Montri Wellness LLC. If the added “wellness” text is not present this does not mean that the service is not still provided by Montri Wellness LLC.
This logo can be used when clarifying services are provided by Montri Therapy Inc. If the added “therapy” text is not present this does not mean that the service is not still provided by Montri Therapy Inc. Please note that the reason for these distinctions is to clarify that wellness services provided under the Montri name are not to be misconstrued as physical therapy services despite the providers of wellness having physical therapy qualifications in some parts of the United States. If receiving physical therapy services from Montri these should be understood to be provided by Montri Therapy Inc.
