Booking Policy

 In order to provide the best service to all of our clients, we have implemented the following attendance policies for all bookings:

  • Clients acknowledge that they are to provide 24 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule any session by contacting Montri Wellness/Therapy via email or phone.

  • Clients will be responsible for paying a charge UP TO THE FULL COST OF SERVICE for a NO SHOW. A “NO SHOW” is defined as any session for which the client’s:

    • Provide less than 24 hours notice of cancellation OR miss without notice.

  • If client is up to 15 minutes late, they understand that the scheduled session will be shortened so it does not disrupt other client sessions.

  • If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, they understand that the scheduled session may be considered a NO SHOW.

We are here to help all our clients. It is better to communicate with Montri about running late rather than waiting until the last minute. NO SHOW fees may be adjusted in special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
